Which can also be classified as Self-Worth or Self-Respect.
Simply put it is how we feel about ourselves, what we see when we look in the mirror, what we say to ourselves in our mind (self-talk) and how much we value ourselves.

If you believe you are suffering from low Self-Esteem then you are one of many. Why me, you may ask? There can be many reasons for this such as past conditioning from people or events that have occurred in your life.
So...How do we begin to develop our Self-Esteem? There are many ways such as:
1. define what the real issue is first
2. STOP looking in the rear view mirror
3. work on the value that you are a valuable person
4. when you change the image of yourself you will change the RESULTS
